Plan
An action plan is developed and a design selected. Pricing and completion dates are agreed upon.
Build
Site work begins. Vactor trucks and cement trucks are called in to create the robust ground piles needed to support the gate posts. At SMARTGATES, we encourage the use of traditional cement pile and post installation. This method offers a more cost effective solution, while eliminating the damage (short and long term) done to your driveway and surrounding area by ground frames.
install
Once the cement cures, the actual gate installation happens. Powder coated posts are welded down, gates are mounted to the posts and the control arms are put in place. The installation day happens approximately two weeks after the cement pour and is completed in one day. Don’t worry – access to and from your property will not be blocked throughout this day.
